    Is this normal for bodog and what do I do?

    Hi there!
    need some advice. Not sure what to do.
    I signed up with bodog and was betting for a few weeks and they disabled my acount and they needed information to prove it’s me. So I filled out their paperwork but that wasn’t good enough and they asked for a photo of me holding my card. They originally told me within minutes of receiving this information I would get my acount back on.on the email it says 24-48 hours A week goes by. Nothing. I call. They stuff me off. Another week ,same thing. I ask is there a problem with my account. No. Just have to do there thing they say. Well. I put a lot of money in that account. It’s been three weeks. They won’t give my money back and no information.
    I just want my money I put in there and good bye. I’d never use this site again.
    I feel like they just took my money though. How do I get it back.

    I heard back and they’re taking the 1700$in my account. 1500$ I deposited. . They said I went against the terms but would not elaborate. Ive done nothing wrong. I’ve been nothing but polite and they’re rude.
    Theyre just taking my money.
    If anyone knows of anything I can do. Please let me know. Thank you.

    Did BoDog or SBR analyst fix it yet?
    i am going through same crap with Bovada. Hoping they resolve it.

    I submitted that form on Sept 24th, should I fill out another one? Don’t know if it got overlooked or you if guys are extra busy with disputes. I can fill out again if needed. Thank you!
