I was playing fine on this casino and then I won and went through with their verification proccessI made sure that I submitted all their reqiurements so I can get my payout.I waited for days but I got no treply about my verification status.I contacted them through emails annd live chat but there is no clear reply from them about my inquiry.I tried to login to my account and shocked to see a notification saying: Our Risk and Fraud department has locked your account for gameplay detailed analysis. You will be informed once the review has finalized and conclusions available.So I tried contacting them again and this time continuously through email and live chat.They did not notify me about locking my account!The should have pay me first before locking my account.Please help me with this!
