betonline poker is fine as they are part of a bigger network skin Chico...Also Heritage has a good poker room tied into winnng network skin I think...For BTC Nitrogen is good and is web based no download with less traffic and betcoin is good if its back up as I have not tried in a while

Bovada- Anonymous poker games. They offer zone format for some of their cash games which is a fast version of poker. Their tournaments are also pretty decent.
5Dimes- They usually only have 25NL,50NL or 200NL games running and there is usually only a handful of games. They have very few tournaments with small prizepools but they do have 50-100% rakeback which is tremendous seeing as the games are extremely good even without the rakeback.
Youwager-Usually only 20NL,50NL,100NL and rarely 200NL games running. They are even more limited than 5Dimes and also very few tournaments. Rakeback here is in the form of VIP points which can be used for tournaments. I'd guess the rate is about 5-10% tops.
NitrogenSports- Bitcoin only. Poker games are in mbtc with the smallest game running being essentially 40NL. They have some great promos and freerolls which can easily get you 100%+ in rakeback.
America's Cardroom which uses Bookmakers sportsbook. It's the best software and they have the biggest tournaments by far. Cash games are bombarded with bots and the tournaments are very nitty also because they have lots of bots. They do have 27% rakeback available too
CarbonPoker/SportsbookPoker which has a D rating here I believe but the poker games and tournaments are also pretty good. Rakeback is minimal but they do have excellent bonuses for poker or sports betting. I play here often but they have slowed down on their Bitcoin payouts so it's probably not your best choice.
