    Stumped by Soccer Bet Outcome

I placed a small bet on USA vs. Honduras in soccer that was -1, 1.5. I got this from a tip, but I don't know what exactly it meant.

The final score was 2-1 with USA winning, but my bet still lost. I am wondering why the bet lost, though, since one of the outcomes in the bet was -1? Thanks for your advice.

It may depend on where u bet, in Mexico and US, you would normally lose on a tie unless the ticket specified.

    Hi Adastra.

What you have bet is an "Asian Handicap". Half your money was on USA -1.5 (which lost) and half your money was on USA -1 which should have pushed.

So you should have seen half your bet stake returned.

If you would like to send an email to cases@sportsbookreview.com with the name of the book, your account ID and hopefully a screenshot of the bet in question SBR will attempt to get it fixed for you.
