PD77, I'm afraid there's no way to go pro using bitcoin. If you're inside the US you can either make a $100 donation to one of the charities listed in the pro form or renew it by 3000 betpoints.

Your freeplay points need to use once in the SBR book and once your wager wins, your winnings will be credited as normal betpoints. Note that the wager resulted to a “push” using your freeplay points is considered as a loss.

The sbr store explicitly states that bitcoin purchases should take no longer than 48 hours to process. I have a current order that has eclipsed 72 hours and is still listed as pending. I've tried emailing the sbrstore and live chat both with no response or feedback at all. Is there someone or a department that can take a look and provide feedback if not a solution?

i created a thread and ppl are responding and i want to be able to respond and post accurate information and evidence but everytime i make a response it says it must be approved by a mod and its been hours and still nothing has been approved and so it just looks like im ignoring my own thread and not responding and its really unfair and frustrating.

how on earth do i contact a mod to speed up this process?

Chi, as long as your account was active and funded means you already made the deposit prior to losing your deposit, you are fine with the application.

Hi Icon, as long as your account was created via SBR link before, you can make a redeposit (minimum amount, whatever the books require).
