    Hi - Trivia wins are paid in Sportsbook Freeplays, not Betpoints. If you go to the sportsbook and place a wager, it'll give you the option to use all of part of your available freeplay balance

    Yes, I'm in BTP. Honestly, I'm more worried about the pro renewal taking so long that my membership expires and all my points over 3000 getting unjustly taken away.

    As long as you already apply the pro renewal status prior to your status expiration, you points will be safe. Rest assure the department handling the pro applications/renewals are on top of this especially on all those accounts that are participating in the BTP contest.

    Same here, but more than 2 weeks ago. I've sent numerous private messages and received zero response about why my Pro renewal is taking so long. Today I received a PM reminder saying my SBR Pro membership is expiring in 2 weeks. Aside from SBR Genie, I've had zero response to any of my PMs about the status of my application. I wouldn't care so much if my points balance wasn't way over 3000pts.

    The best thing to probably do is send an email to forum@sportsbookreview.com and when the office opens tomorrow the appropriate people will see it just in case they miss it on here. The past couple of weeks quite a few people are trying to turn/renew Pro before they get booted from BTP so the Pro staff are probably just processing a larger than normal amount of apps as quickly as they can
