Got a 4 of a kind, and Casino did not pay out... common occurence?

So last night I was playing a Live casino game of "casino hold'em" on 5dimes. Players were dealt a 4 of a kind, and the check mark shows that the player wins. THEN all of a sudden, the payout doesnot occur... instead the software that should update the payout and continue the game just freezes.
The pitboss on duty has to restart the table, but no one got paid.
Was wondering if this is a common occrence to have a software "glitch" whenever players finally hit a big hand?
This effected a LOT of players, And I have No clue how or if this will get resolved with the correct payout or will we be feed the excuse of a "malfunction" and the hand is voided??

Sorry first post and I a new on where to post this.

    added screenshot for more fun.

Screenshots are easy to edit. Do you have hand history etc information?

They keep video of every hand, the video was reviewed and verified as well. Pitboss pulled up the vido fooage and verified the hand.
This casino does not have hand history available to players, but they have that info for themselves.
The screenshot of course coincides with the video footage that they have archived.
