    I am new to this website. I am here to tell my story lol and make people aware of playing online.
    I have been with William hill for years now and now and then i had few problems with them. This time they took my patience away. Usually I use my DC for deposit or withdrawal but last week on the 7th of march 2013 I used Bank transfer to make a small payment to William hill. Call it a trail payment to see how efficient this payment method is? I tel you i regret the day i made this payment. I have never been treated in this manner as i been treated by pathetic and uneducated customer service. They are so annoying that there is no word for it. They are like those drivers using satnav and not using their brains. They copy paste all the answers and hardly answer what you are looking for. And this line,'We advise you to wait a little longer' OMG i could kill someone. I am still waiting for my money to be transferred in my William hill account and nobody can help me with this. I have send them 4 screen shot of my bank account where it clearly states the amount, William hill account number and sort code and payment accepted. But after all this still i am being messed about and the most annoying thing is every single customer service person on chat line ask me the same questions over and over again and again and comes up with the same answer.'please wait a little longer and someone will contact you' Please anyone out there who can tell me what should i do? I would like to sue them but don't know how?
