Hi All - First Post. Need help

I Added my CC to moneybookers. They verified it. I tried to upload from my CC. I chose I am using the funds for gaming. Then moneybookers said transaction failed and a possible reason was my bank not accepting money deposited for gaming. I called my bank and they assured me they did not block the transaction.

Help! how do I get the funds to moneybookers from my CC?
