Is there anybody here that know for sure that you can have a profitable strategy/system for scalp trading pre-match and in play markets on soccer or tennis at exchanges like betfair?

I am not asking anyone to describe such a system or approach, I was just curious if it is possible to develop such a system that generates profits.
