On July 20th, 2011 I made a withdrawal from William Hill.
After a few days seeing that money did not enter my account, I wrote to the William Hill.
Initially they said that transferred the money giving me the ARN code("Please note that the ARN code:is provided by your bank, and they confirmed that the funds were successfully sent back to the card. Please try to coordinate with your bank again.").
I went back to the bank and the bank told me that there was no deposit made on my behalf.
William Hill asked me a bank document which include:"In this regard, please request a letter (on official letter-headed paper) from your bank specifying the transaction with reference to it stating that they have never had/not holding the money in account")
We sent the document from the bank which shows that there was no deposit made on my behalf.
A few days I received the following message from William Hill:"We can confirm that we are currently awaiting the return of the funds to us as your bank rejected the payment request we made.
Once the funds have been received, they will be placed back on to your William Hill account and you may then proceed once again as you choose".
I do not know what to do.
It has been almost 50 days!
We kindly help me.
