    New from Wisconsin

    Just thought I would say hi - I've been wagering sports since the middle 70's (before computers LOL)! and have had very good success in the NFL (16 years at 68% but only 10-12 plays a year now, not enough to live on). Typically a system numbers player looking for edges where most over look the obvious.

    This year, since I have NEVER come up with a good system I decided to try using my brain instead! I told a friend that I would bet for or against the Milwaukee Brewers in all 162 games with complete write-ups on why I'm choosing a side. so far 10-8 +4.47 units!

    I obsess over the Brewers and track their opponents starting 3 series away. This way I'm not corrupted by past performance numbers!

    Hopefully I can find the correct forum to to post those words.

    Hey Grinder...I'm also from Wisconsin...though I live in Texas now. Die-hard Packer fan (season ticket and stock holder) but I also follow the Brewers every move as well.
    I'm looking forward to sending Carlos Gomez out of town, and Doug Melvin is very overrated. Braun signing was amazing though. Kottarras shouldn't have been sent down, and I think Brandon Boggs will be the 4th OF come July along w/ Braun, Morgan, Hart from left to right!

    infamousbacardi - You can dislike Gomez for his hitting but if you have seen the last three Philly games he took away MAYBE 5 hits! His outfield play is AMAZING!!! Enough to make up for a 250 OBA? no - but WOW!!! Seriousl speed in the OF!

    Krashman - I will when the time comes if we have an NFL - I won't mention my REAL winning Pct as I'm sure the trolls would come out saying that is impossible - I was laughed out of the 2+2 forum but then went on and posted 2-1 (which was below average :-) before I got fed up with the bickering and chest pounding. All I'm looking for is a place with adults that talk sports!
