Quick recap:

I sign into my account. Under “my promos” I see an offer, bet $150 on any event, get a $450 free play. So I deposit $150, bet $150, now they say the offer was not for me and I did not opt in.

I actually took a screenshot of the offer and it does not have an “opt in” button, only a “bet now” button

I sent them a screenshot and they keep saying the promo wasn’t offered to me and that I also did not opt in.

Total bullshit

A friend of mine received the same offer and got screwed over also
