    Penn State 2nd half Over is a lock

    both teams shot like shit and first half under only hit by 4 pts. Penn State will do a lot of fouling at the end because they don't want their season to end. At least one of these teams will have 10+ 3's before it's over

    yup burial in progress, i stay away from college totals unless something looks super good.
