    Noteworthy tidbits for handicapping

Post a possible handicapping tidbit you might have come across that might effect an outcome of a game.

**Washington State’s Klay Thompson, the leading scorer in the Pacific-10, will not play in Saturday’s game against UCLA after he was cited for suspicion of marijuana possession following the team’s victory over Southern Cal.

Good info! UCLA will want to bounce back, too, might be a good play, though UCLA might be out of the race for PAC-10 regular season championship.
Why don't more posters put info like this up?
Most everyone just puts up their picks like they are some kind of goddam famous superstar, no writeup.
My turn: take end of season home conference revenge dogs, when visitor is already locked in to NCAA situation that will not change much. It will be home team's BIG GAME, but for the visitoing favorite it is a pain in the ass game. Like SLU + tomorrow, will get 3-5 against Xavier.
Conference tournaments: take big dogs when favorite has beaten them twice already, and / or if the favorite is already locked into an NCAA spot with little to gain. Especially if dog is fighting to get into NIT.
