    USF @ Rutgers
    Pick: USF +5

Statistics and numbers wise, my lean would probably be to Rutgers. But Rutgers is 4-8-1 ATS, losing to St Josephs by 6 and Princeton by 5. USF has played some good teams pretty tough, losing to Louisville by 9, Villanova by 12, and to BYU by only 2. USF has covered the spread the last 5 times these 2 teams have met.

    Tennessee Tech @ Austin Peay
    Pick: Tenn Tech +13

T Tech is scoring an avg of 78.6ppg (65 on the road), giving up 72.2ppg (72 on the road). They only lost to Murray St by 7, SEMO St by 2, and beat E ILL by 1. They are a perfect 5-0 ATS during away games this year. They also played @ E Kentucky and beat them by 12, while AP played E Kent at home and handled them pretty well, winning by 27.

AP is scoring an avg of 77.6ppg (80.6 at home), giving up 68.5ppg (66.5 at home). Other than their 1 point home win over Morehead St, they have not played any competition, IMHO, beating the likes of Chatt, Brescia, E Kent, Fontbonne, and Lipscomb.

I see Tenn Tech keeping the game close enough to cover the spread, being road tested @ Morehead St, Mich St, E Tenn St, and NC St.

    App St. @ The Citadel
    Pick: App St -2.5

App St comes into the game scoring an avg of 75.8ppg (74.4 on the road), while giving up an avg of 75.1ppg (79 on the road). They currently reside at 8-5 ATS on the year. In conference play so far, they are avg 75.9ppg (giving up 70.3ppg), going 4-3. App St only lost to Col St on a neutral site by 3. They lost pretty bad @ GTown, but only lost @ Vanderbilt by 13, @ Miss St by 2, and beat Tulsa @ Tulsa by 3.

The Citadel are avg 61.8ppg (66.1 @ home), giving up 69.6ppg (63.3 @ home). They are a very sub-par 3-9 ATS, while starting conference play with a 2-5 record (avg 62.9ppg vs 70.3ppg). They lost @ Furman by 21, vs SIU-Edwardsville by 4, @ Coastal Carolina by 8, Charleston Southern by 7, while getting beat by an average of 16.4ppg this year.

Since 2005, App St is scoring an avg of 69.7ppg, while The Citadel is avg 63.6ppg. I like for App St to win by 5+ tonight.
