    What am I missing?

Wash St looks like the better team but that line movement is kind of interesting. Someone tell me why Wash St is not the play.

Cal played very good in Arizona, and Washington st is a different team on the road

The line movement is definitely strange on this one. I think it is mainly due to the fact that Washington State has struggled on the road. Losses on the road to UCLA, USC, and it took overtime to beat Santa Clara. Cal has also played a tougher schedule thus far, which has resulted in a worse record than Washington State. The Bears are capable of beating solid teams on a given night (wins over Temple, New Mexico, Iowa State). The Cougars are hard to wager on in my opinion. If Thompson is having an off night or in foul trouble, they are very vulnerable. Good luck on whatever you play.
