Wow, the team gets no respect. This is the line I was hoping for but did not expect. Davidson +9.5 leaves me speechless. Did we not just see this team beat Georgetown and dominate Wisconsin?

Every statistical ATS angle favors Davidson. I have never seen such a lopsided ATS advantage. My two favorites: Davdson is 6-0 ATS as an underdog, Kansas is 1-6 ATS vs teams averaging more than 77 ppg. Davidson is 22-11 ATS overall. That doesn't surprise me when I see lines like the one we are seeing now.

I have the game at Kansas -1, Sagarin Predictor has it at Kansas -8, Statfox has it at Kansas -4...it all adds up to value on Davidson. I even bought the hook to take it to Davidson +10, even though I probably didn't need to.

Davidson is special and Curry is a once-in-a-decade tourney player. The team is disciplined, motivated and focused. When I saw them come back from 17 down against Georgetown, I knew this was a team I would ride until they fall. Cinderella may fall tomorrow, but I don't see a blowout....not even close!

Hard to pass on the points here, but this could wind up like UCLA/Xavier I believe. I won't be playing it as I am just rooting for a KU win and trip to the Final 4! Kansas has two guys in Russell Robinson and Mario Chalmers who will relish the opportunity to keep Curry in check. If they make him work as hard as I believe they will, KU could win by double digits. If Curry continues his streak though, 9 or 10 points with Davidson will look awesome for you guys!

Curry is very good, but I think Kansas shuts him down or at least keeps him around 20. Unlike the other teams they have played, Kansas has tremendous team defense and very fast guards. I know Wisconsin was considered a good defensive team, but come on its the Big 10. KU is on a whole different level. KU by 15.

A word of warning: I handicap this game as Kansas -12. Kansas and UNC are much better than the rest of the field (although Memphis would be a legit champion if they were to upset either UNC or KU in the finals). I have much respect for Davidson, but Kansas compares to UNC and UNC just handled Louisville by 10. Good luck.

Kansas plays very good defense. Davidson relies too much on Curry and perimeter shooting. Kansas plays very good defense and especially in this tournament. Kansas shut down Scottie Reynolds and the high scoring Villanova Wildcats. Davidson played against Georgetown and was able to score only 27 points in the first half. There is no way that Davidson will score more than 30 points in the first half.

Davidson may be billed as a 10 seed, but they most definitely should have been a 5 seed or better. Notice how louisville got 5.5 against NC? Davidson lost to NC by FOUR this year. Lost to duke by SIX. To say that UNC/Kansas are in the same class I agree, but davidson almost beat NC, why not Kansas?

I posted for the wisc game calling it a trap. Well this almost fits the bill. The thing you gotta realize is they get almost 10 points because of SEEDING only.

When everyone thought Wisky/KU would be a good matchup(you included IMGV) and wisky had a shot, all of a sudden they lose by double digits and now wisky sucks?! Well the team that did it is an absolute BEAST.

I will be on davidson tomorrow huge with points,and a sprinkle ML as well. This may be my biggest play of the tournament.

So by all means, please...PLEASE hammer KU. I want that line to go up up up.

I'll be blunt: I don't think the line is a trap, i think it is moving towards Kansas and I think Davidson wouldn't lose to UNC by 4 right now. UNC has improved drastically over the season. Davidson is a fine team and I think they would be in a fair fight against UCLA. Unfortunately they drew Kansas. I am laying the 9. Full disclosure:

I have Kansas on the ML, Kansas -9, and Kansas -5 for the 1st half.

In the other Game I have Memphis outright and the under.

Ehh, I've been on Davidson up to this point but I think that Kansas is a really good team. What you need to be careful about with baskets in general is that a team can take a 10+ point lead at the end of the game when it is actually close throughout. With that being said this is a very dangerous play. Kansas ML would be the safest play imo or you could try and tease Davidson up to say +14 and hope they stay with it. I don't think the line is a trap here considering the blowouts the #1 seeds have done for the last few games.

Here's something you guys missed, no one is talking about the Davidson team has no center, going back to the only losses Davidson had all year they lost to UNC, UCLA, and a couple of other teams with dominant centers like Hansborough, Love etc. In the Wisconsin game the Davidson player had three straight fouls called on him trying to guard against Wisconsin's center. No bs calls tonite for Davidson, the slipper will turn into a pumpkin tonite because Kansas center's Arthur and Caan will dominate Kansas in a rout Goose is coming!
