Even though Penn St. was blown out in the first game,the nittony lions have improved a tremendous amount with the play of Taylor Battle,and Ronnie Claxton.There also coming into this game with big wins over Michigan & Iowa and winning 3 of their last 5.Dont get me wrong I don't expect the Lions to win,but I do think that they have improved enough to cover.
