Gem, I understand where you are coming from. The mlb section is chock full of morons saying they put 100 units on so and so game. I only come to this site for comparison and insight to matchups. I'm not a great bettor, but I'm on a good streak right now and would like to keep it that way. Hell I still don't know what the points are for lol.

PickMaster what did I tell you, it would get to 5 by gametime.

Nash- I very rarely take a total and a side in the same game, just because well usually only one of them has an edge and the other is just a coin toss... In this one I would say stay away from the total, I've run through the scenerios and it really could go either way, it me this total is more about the Refs then anything... If the refs want to call a tight game, it will fly over cause both teams will be in the double penalty with 10minutes left in the half.... IF they let them play though, there could be alot of fast break missed layups and then walking the ball up which crushes the clock.... I just don't know, I would stay away, good luck in whatever you choose.

Not liking what I'm seeing from the Refs so far, every little ticky tack thing is being called on Marquette, but Marquette gets hammered by Uconn down low and its play on.... Not what I want to see.

They go up by 5 with 7:30 to go, and then don't score for 5 straight minutes. **** marquette, at least those scrubs will be sitting home watching the tourney on TV.

Scrappy, prototypical Big East team, I live in Husky country, I bleed Husky blue, but I see all the league games, Marquette just can't seal the deal.

p.s. you are right, the refs have been inconsistent on calls for both squads.

uconn at +190 was a gift. I don't care what the trends say, uconn is clearly the better team. Parlayed it with Ga tech for a nice pay

yea we can talk now, I'll admit I was wrong, the game was going as I saw it, with Uconn turning the ball over and Marquette went up... I underestimated their terribleness at closing out, they had so many chances to drop the hammer, but they froze up and Uconn made some very tough shots, espcially Lamb, making runners from the baseline... So yes you were right, but its just one game, and if I had the opportunity I would take Marquette again, these type of games win way more then they lose...
