Losing starting point guard Levance Fields is definately going to cause some offensive inconsistancies in at least the next 4to 5 games.. He was big leader on offense averaging 12 pts, 5 assists (leads team) per game, and has proven to be the offensive general so far this year...Broken foot during Dayton game led to disasterous defeat and he wont be back anytime soon..Also, starting guard/forward Mike Cook is out for season furthering the offensive struggles yet to be seen

Villanova plays tough at home and going against any home team in Big East is usually not a smart pick. However, they did lose recently to a struggling Depaul team on the road, and have not looked all that sharp. They are very young and inexperienced with no seniors getting time..

The opening line reflects these issues but who can say how Pitt will respond against strong competition? Might go Villanova, but more liklely will skip this one...GL all
