    Not gonna say there's anything nefarious here...but Wow. Television doesn't want to miss out on a chance to build up Coach K in a championship game.

    Chance for an all-timer to go out on top? Some bean-counter has to be figuring out the difference in revenue between a Final WITH Duke and WITHOUT Duke. I'd imagine there's too much $$ for Duke to not at least win TONITE.

    coach k's first championship he beat kansas and now his last championship he is going to beat kansas. First time coach k has coached against unc in the tournament. Duke beat arkansas in this tourney, one of the only championships he lost. Man this shit feels so heavily skewed and set up for duke to win. Sports are idiotic sometimes. Theres no need for this kind of shit. Just have teams play the game. Storylines dont need to be pushed, storylines can make themselves.

    I think that's the magic of the Laettner teams. His team DOWN by one point 2x in the Regional Finals, clock ticking. Make the shot, Christian, no pressure. He COULD have missed those shots. Guy had steel in his balls.

    My two cents is that North Carolina is on a road too far. They looked shaky until they won in Durham. St Peter's cleared out half the bracket, don't think the Heels would have beaten a 2- or 3-seed in Regional Final.
