Maryland +12 [3pm ET Tip]
The Lady Terps have played Duke twice this season. At home, they were narrowly edged 58-57. On the road, they lost by 12, 71-59. The Lady Terps did however hold a three point 2nd half lead in that one. They match-up pretty well with the more highly touted Duke squad and have a game under their belt at the ACC tournament with a win over North Carolina. Will also be interesting to see how Duke responds after losing to North Carolina to close the regular season which blew their chance to be the top seed here and clinch the outright ACC title. Instead, they shared with Florida State. Duke has the better defense and more experience, but both possess solid offenses. The Lady Terps are a solid rebounding team, having been out rebounded just four times all season. They also had some quality wins away from home, so being in the "neutral" setting here shouldn't hurt them. If Maryland can get their offense working early, control the glass and get "belief" that they can hang with Duke, they have an opportunity to keep this one fairly tight for awhile.
