    Yeah I didn't get that. Duke totally blew that game though. Allen shot them out of the games at certain moments of that game. If they are smart, they run their offense through Bagley and Carter in the post.

    something about it being in the last 2 minutes...............you could foul a 40% ft shooter everytime you wanted if this rule didnt exist

    I thought they had a rule like that for intentional fouls with 2 shots and ball.

    But flagrant made no sense. Maybe just a scoring error in terms of the wording of it.

    Result was what it should have been.
