Can't wait for the season to tip off on Friday Nov. 10th!
Let's take a look at a few futures I like:
Kansas 16/1
Once again Kansas will have the best backcourt in the country. This is Devonte Graham's team this year, and he gets help from Vick who was a stud on offense in high school but made great strides last season with lock down defense, and Missouri State transfer Malik Newman who was one of the top recruits in the nation out of high school. Sharp shooter Graham scored 25 on 6 or 13 from deep last week in a charity exhibition game vs. Michael Porter Jr. and his much improved Mizzou squad. Down low they get Azubuike back who's freshman season was cut way short last year to injury. Azubuike is a monster of a man and dominated in the McDonald's All American game vs. the other elite freshman from last year. Bill Self could have quite a season by beating himself and John Wooden to get the single longest major conference title streak with his 13th Big 12 title and a National Championship to go with it.
Florida 33/1
Mike White's Gators return a strong and experienced backcourt with last year's buzzer beating tournament hero Chiozza along with KeVaughn Allen and top Rice transfer Koulechov. Down low they lost Robinson but will rely on Egbunu & Hayes. This team should be a top 10 team throughout the season and there's so much value in getting them anything 20/1 or more.
UConn 100/1
Jalen Adams could lead this under the radar squad to the promised land, so 100/1 odds is just great value. Hey, Shabazz & Kemba did it, why not Jalen?
Michigan State is currently at 6/1 but could jump a little if they fall to Duke on Super Tuesday in Chicago. I love this MSU team this year, but for some reason Coach K and Roy Williams seem to have Izzo's number.
What do you guys think? All in on Bagley & Duke? Someone else you have high expectations for? Let me know!
