one thing I see over and over in these games is the inordinate amount of little white guys at the end of each team's bench that go ballistic with every made shot, from the time of the tip off til about twenty mins after the final buzzer, assuming their team won....

quick question, as I know H-town alone has enough African American high schoolers with some serious game, but don't get scholarships, and apparently these no talent little white guy cheerleaders get full rides..... same for chicago, philly, nyc and any city with a large african american inner city.....

What gives? are the second/third string capable black ballers across the nation not capable of making the grades (doesn't seem to stop the dumb first stringers that are multi-tutoring their ways through east coast colleges, kansas, ky, etc)......

someone shed some light on this for me please.....

That's because they don't have the grades to get into these smaller schools and if they do, they don't want to leave their home in Texas to play at South Dakota State

bet on the teams with the fewest of these guys on the bench to make the FF and the FF winner will have the least....

only caveat: these spastics and all their yelling and screaming and celebrating might actually raise team moral on the side line, allowing them to pull off an upset or two.....

my neighbor's kid was the 10th-11th man on the bench for the University of Florida a few years back, he was all-county, HM for all-state, leading scorer still in his high school's history, had scholarship offers from Penn State, Rutgers, and URI but he wanted to go to a big fun state school in the South instead. But yeah...a 6'2 white guy.

Those are the kids that parents can afford to send them to college. Somebody has to pick up the jerseys and balls after practice. Had a guy I am friends with(he is 10 yrs older) that got a ring with rumps runts. Another of those guys is dan patrick. He played ball in same high school league my school was in. Was decent in high school then went to dayton and never got off the bench

I guess you could look at that and say why have this on the bench? when we have better athletes that can make our program stronger but I still say that without some kind of enthusiam/support from the bench you cannot win. You need lesser athletes to respect and support the stronger ones and the stronger ones will in turn show respect. If everyone thinks they are the best, then you never have a team.
