    How come Arkansas st. line moved down ?

    From 9.5 to 6.5. Public all over them and should kill tonight at home full house
    home court ?

    is there a fix here ?

    Fixes are overrated. -9.5 was a very high line, they only won by 5 in Little Rock. Ppl are probably factoring that in.
