    Arizona +6.5 @ UCLA

    Love Arizona in this spot. They got off to a shaky start but have really come on strong in conference play. Just a solid team across the board at every position. UCLA relies heavily on the long ball and it's carried them to a great record and #3 ranking so far. Arizona rebounds the ball though and with has enough on offense to give the Bruins a really tough test. It sounds like Trier is coming back which will give them some much needed punch.

    Take the points here. I think Arizona can win this game so I'll likely put some on the moneyline but taking the points is an easy call.

    If I was playing this game, I would take UCLA 1st half. Almost every game this season UCLA has destroyed everyone in the first 20 minutes especially at home, they start very fast. They always have a sizable lead at the half but then many times allow the other team to start to make a comeback in 2nd half.

    Arizona has let their leads slip away in several conference games in the 2H against lesser opponents so it'll be interesting to see who plays the full 40 mins harder

    UCLA is a team that moves the ball really well. They don't necessarily 'rely on the 3'. The 3's they shoot are wide open shots. Their team is well rounded enough with the bigs to score inside as well as mid range. I don't see Arizona keeping up with UCLA in this game. Haven't seen Arizona play a full 40 without lapses yet. Trier is back for Arizona.....we'll see how that effects chemistry. UCLA is too balanced, too many weapons.

    Getting 6.5 against UCLA is not the gift you think it is. If UCLA was a team that scored in the low 80's, then yeah maybe 6.5 is worth a shot......but, UCLA is going to get their points. They average 93 ppg. Don't see Arizona keeping up. This one gets ugly in the second half.

    Ucla might be the best team in college basketball. Dont get me wrong i actually like this az team a lot, but let's not say az is solid at every spot and ucla gets by on the long ball.

    As someone else said AZ seems to start off great and then tail off. Maybe from lack of interest? They can't do that today.

    Ucla is probably still thinking about what happened vs Oregon. They are looking to make a point. This would be the perfect game to do so.

    I too am curious as to what Trier brings to the table. Might either be well needed or they will need a few games to get him in the flow.

    UCLA shoots such high percentage from 3 because Lonzo Ball is one of the best passers in the nation and because Leaf & co. can score so well inside the arc that opponents have to guard the lane. Don't see freshmen zona guards being able to defend against that all game.

    He creates better than anyone but he has space to operate because they have shooters.

    Again, I think UCLA is really good. Just due for a slight regression. Arizona is probably just as good albeit a different style of play.

    Disagree all you want, stats tell a different story. UCLA is #1 in Offensive Efficiency and #94 in Deffensive Efficiency. That's called not playing defence.

    Those droughts tend to come against teams playing D... if they keep getting wide open shots and opportunities around the basket it'll be tough to come back.

    That being said, UCLA is at home and can heat up insane from 3.
