Its alot tougher call after beating Duke, I know Duke isnt really good this year but beating the name alone can cause some letdown. Like Oregon's team much better, just hope Oregon doesnt fall in love with the 3 too much, they have a better team if you ask me and more aggressive. Think OU has been battle tested more though, not an easy call. Smart play is prob OU.

Still debating who I want, its a tough call because of that itll be a small bet, but Im sure Ill hit some numbers live also. Matter of fact since Im undecided as of now Imma wait for a bigger number on either live, if I see some 5 or mores, no sense taking a stab if I think it could go either way depending on a few variables.

Coach K blamed the loss on a "young team."

Look at every game Grayson Allen had 25+ points all year. The lane was wide open. Zero shot blockers. There was always an outlet pass.

Oregon took EVERYTHING AWAY. Too much size, strength, aggressiveness..... everywhere. Clearly Allen was frustrated.

Duke's excuse all year.... "We're young." It was just a cover up.

Oregon took away Duke... and they took away Coach K.

That's phenomenal coaching by the Oregon staff.

This game tonight will show you if Oregon is a fraud or not.

This is a tough one. Many forecasts have this game pretty close but I give Oregon the win by over 10 points.

For many broader reasons and from a market perspective I believe both of these teams have been recently put in situations making it favorable for them to advance further but see a more likely candidate in Oklahoma.

I'm passing on this game as Oregon looks good on the sheet but the market analyst in me likes Oklahoma to win.

Many things lead to indecision but whatever the cause, it means one should pass.

If you like to gamble, then, in my opinion, OK is the play.

You have Oregon to win by 10 but you're not betting the game at -1???

    Lol

    Whatever dude.

I often use an extended market analysis to make an already sharp line even sharper, often taking me off of losing bets and sometimes putting me onto winners.

Remember, from both a betting and bookmaking perspective, the single biggest advantage we bettors have is our ability to pass on games; books usually have to play them all.

Still early but OU play a little smarter as a team I think. They just got my money on the ML.

Oklahoma rolls. Just give the ball to Buddy. He's out scoring the whole Oregon starting 5 by himself.

That was quick. This game is over. Oklahoma moves on. Going down by double digits has been a death sentence in the tourney. 99% of the teams win once they go up double digits early.

I'm giving you a sharp long term forecast then giving you the results of a market analysis that show that, in the short term, that isn't a good bet.

These are give and take markets, surely you understand that.

Oregon has an explosive offense, but I don't think Oklahoma will blow a 45-26 lead.

Sometimes but the vig can be expensive. I need to see the line before I can determine a play. It seems like Oregon is a good halftime bet for a tourney like this, especially since Oklahoma is on fire, but I sense more indecision coming...lol.

If this score holds up, i'll argue they had the two most impressive wins this year. Neutral sites blowouts of villanova and oregon.

Oregon might make a run, but the game is over. Oklahoma is to go give up a win after having a 20 point lead. Oregon was happy to beat a bad Duke team. Oklahoma want be happy unless they win it all.

From a market perspective and position, in my opinion, OK has the recipe for a championship team. They are in the best position to make such a run. This is one reason I passed on Oregon.

North Carolina and Villanova seem like a couple of giant obstacles for sure.

As far as second half, my metrics indicate a pretty sharp line with early money hitting an intentionally low -4.5 line.

I think the books anticipate Oregon money and played into it a bit, thus far. I would consider a +6 or so from a value perspective (which is a quite a bit harder to gauge in the tourney halftimes) but otherwise am passing on the second half.
