Was high on Uconn beating Kansas when brackets came out. After yesterdays early performance by Uconn, that confidence took a little hit. But hopefully they got all the nerves or whatever it may be out of their system and bring it against Kansas.
Kansas in a high pace game yesterday. Kansas fouls 27 times yesterday. Kansas better not commit that many against Uconn.
Uconn FT % should keep it close. Uconn has 4 guards all with size that hopefully can "slow" Mason/Graham/Seldon down a little. Ellis/Traylor/Lucas? Uconn has 2 good bigs and 2 bigs that aren't good, but can give ya a few minutes.
As long as Purvis/Miller don't get in foul trouble, I like them to hang and if it comes down to FT's at the end...fantastic.
Ellis is my main concern in the game. Smart player, always in the right spot, stretch the floor a bit. Can't have Miller get in foul trouble against him. Can't play Brimah on him, because he'll just float around outside the paint and take Brimah away from the hoop.
