Has anyone seen data on scoring after the shot clock rule change?

I've noticed that compared to last year (which was very defensive) this year seems to have increased scoring across all leagues given the advent of the :30 shot clock. I in particular focus on certain conferences and have seen that (halftimes especially) are only reliable as OVER bets.

Does anyone know of any articles or data to support, or deny, my hypothesis?
