Is there anything worse than the delusional teams/players/coaches that foul repeatedly at the end of the game when they're way too far behind to make a come back?
Wyoming/SDSU game total was 123.5, cruising along nicely the entire game. 59-49 with 2 minutes left, so 15 point cushion.
Then Wyoming starts fouling like crazy. Averaged 2.85 points per minute the first 38 but thanks to pointless fouling the game ended at 122. Still under, yes, so a win but c'mon if it weren't for a missed free throw, a missed 3, and Wyoming deciding to let the clock run out (because it's impossible to come back from 12 with 30 seconds left, but completely reasonable with 50 left)
If you're too terrible to score more than 49 points in 38 minutes, you aren't going to make up a 10-12 point deficit in under 2 minutes.
I feel like it's getting worse too, routinely seeing 15-20 points in the final minute of a game that's all ready over.
