hi, i'm fairly new to NCAABK betting/handicapping/etc. but lots of NCAAF experience.

i'm looking for current basketball power ratings where they also give a column for either last year's final power rating or this year's starting rating?

in football, howell and phil steele do this.........

there is also question of how much someone has created their power ratings at start of year based on information available then... i.e. how much of starting power rating is either just last year's final rating or same but with marginal obvious adjustments on a few big name teams?

thanks in advance .... i will check kenpom.com where i have subscription. mostly use his site for specialty stats like experience/bench/height/etc.
