Rotation #'s are the numbers of the team in that days Las Vegas rotation. If you go to make a bet, online or at a casino, there's a universal number assigned to each team called the rotation #. When there are a lot of games and teams, as with college basketball and football, it is easier to look a game up by the number than the team name.
