    One of the worst officiated games all around Ive seen in a long time. UCLA got screwed the entire second half then get bailed out by the worst goaltending call in human history... how can they not review that? unreal. I was on UCLA ML fwiw, sickning

    Looked like a good call to me.. Was close, and makes sense that when it's that close you call it goaltending.

    Unfortunately the refs don't have the chance to watch, rewatch, and watch the replay one more time in slow motion, from different angles. Looked like goaltending in the replay, looked like goaltending real time.

    That wasn't anywhere close to going in. As a matter of fact from the camera angle from other end of the court
    the ball looked like it was already below the rim before it was touched. The refs decided this one.

    Someone post the official goaltending rule, as far as i know the ball has to be on the way down and above the rim. To me that ball is not above the rim regardless if it was going to hit the rim....if it hit it was going to be off the bottom of the rim

    From the replays I saw, and they only showed 1 or 2 from the side, the ball was a few inches above the rim when he touched it. It may grazed the rim if he had not, but he did.

    This isn't NBA Jam, don't touch it.

    g. Touch any live ball from within the playing area that is on its downward flight with an opportunity to touch the basket ring. This is considered to be a "field goal attempt" or trying for a goal.

    I think it would of been an airball but was close so not a horrific call.
