    Friday bankroll plays

Big slate we have on our hands today. On 15-5 run let's stay hot.

Early play I like is FLA 1H+7 +100.
The Gators lost both matchups this yr but both games were tight for more than 70 mins of both contests. I liked how Donovan had his guys physically ready and emphasized rebounding and ball movement. After a dismal 2015 start early for the Gators they've rebounded well down the stretch winning 3 of 4 and playing solid. They also have Frazier back and he's an added bonus as a inside/out 3pt threat.

Like FLA to come out hard and stay competitive early as they look to go all-out for any shot of postseason play. Don't be fooled by the 16-16 record this Gators squad has top20 talent they just haven't put it together til late. Look for Donovan to space his shooters out and play help side defense on KYs big men. I give Kentucky respect but I'll take the 7 in the 1H with a team that's going to be a bit sharper having played last night.

Next up Temple -2. 2 ET tip

Temple took the last one on the road overcoming a 16pt deficit. Key here is Memphis missing its best interior player in Nichols it hurts on both ends of the floor. This is likely to turn into a defensive game with Pastner likely to try to frustrate Temple using a physical approach. But Temple can play that game and without Nichols I think they attack even more inside. Ride the Owls who've won 10 of 12 and have great coaching as well Duffy the coach of yr. in CUSA.

    Adding GW +2 ML +120

GW has revenge here off an earlier loss on the road in conf. Play 59-55. RI comes in 21-8 and GW 21-11. I've watched both teams in action this yr. and it's going to come down to who wins the Turnover battle and which team executes down the stretch.

In their previous game RI forced GW into 20 TOs which is uncharacteristic of GW who have solid ball handlers in McDonald Savage and Garino. That is credit to RI who likes to use a tough physical approach to defense and wear you out along the course of the game. However GW did limit RI to only 37% from the field while they shot 43%. Not to mention GW shot poorly from the stripe a while RI connected 20 of 22 unusually high perc. For a poor FT shooting team. GW was able to limit RI and make their runs only to be outdone in the end.

RI relies on a strong game in the paint and is not a good 3 pt shooting team. This is where GW got hurt the first game allowing the guards to penetrate for layups or uncontested dunks. But I like how GW has transformed their defense the last 5 games not giving up more than 65 in four of them and recording four blowouts in the process.

My main angle to this pick is experience and success on neutral courts. GW has impressive wins over Creighton and WICH ST the last 2 seasons and this group excels at the challenge of winning on a neutral floor. RI on the other hand has not had much success in conf. Tourneys or neutral tournaments. I think this veteran group has shown the drive the last few games to get back to the NCAA tourney one more time.

I think GW will use its ability to adjust defensively by mixing man/zone to confuse RI into bad shots and pack the paint to challenge RIs shooters. On offense GW looks like they are in a good rhythm and like McDonald Garino Larsen to find the holes in RIs defense through ball movement. I think they take care of the ball tonight and make the key plays down the stretch to advance. Riding the Colonials for a big play pounding it. GL all.

GW with a bad 2H their zone D just did not extend far out enough give RI credit.

No problem I'm going to recoup this loss with a strong play.
    Adding UCSB -1
Gauchos are on fire having won 9 of 10 and look tough to stop especially with the return of Alan Williams late in the year. Inside/out its clicking right now. Riding the Gauchos to bounce back pounding this off a loss.
