Saturday College Basketball
The first full GREAT card of the season, but I can't find anything that sticks out to me. I had some plays in mind but the lines just didn't come out the way I hoped.
Does anyone see something they really like tomorrow??
Usually I'm posting plays, but I'm asking for some help here
Right now I'm leaning Michigan -2.5 and Illinois +2
Illinois +2 booked. Undefeated team on the road in a hostile environment. I'll take my chances with the Illini
Belmont immediately sticks out to me. I haven't watched them tho. Would be going strictly on their road win in Chapel
My only lean, and play so far for tomorrow even though I have not capped this is the "homedog" of Colorado v. Okie St.
It's a neutral game, but Colorado has a very good backcourt that can keep Marcus Smart in check well enough to stay in this game. I fully believe that Colorado has a future NBA PG/SG in Spencer Dimwitty. Getting 6 points is nice.
Not a significant play, and my main reason for this play is action more than value. Just thought I'd share.
IPFW-12.5 for me. It'll go up, imo. UAB getting 9.5 at LSU. Seems steep in a winnable game for them

He is an absolute stud. He is painfully underrated and often forgotten about. I have no idea how Okie St. is going to matchup with him.

The game is in St. Louis, neutral site, the annual Braggin Rights game. Probably leaning more Missouri fans.

Georgetown +8.5, yes please.
I've done this way too many times to admit. Almost did it again with Colorado.
Looked at them before I was going to bet, and I knew they were at a neutral site since a week ago when I looked at the schedule. Today, I saw them getting 6 at "home" and damn near shat myself - took me a second which altered my bet size.
Play on Georgetown or against Kansas?
This is an interesting game and line. Have no lean except for I like points.
Any insight?

I'm thinking Georgetown +8.5 is the play. Kansas has been wicked streaky and can have letdowns for large chucks of the game. Georgetown seems to play fairly consistent and just plugs away. Figured this line would open -5
I fckin hate Georgetown but they're experienced and they get up for big games. Kansas hasn't looked good and I've learned to take things for what they seem. I don't except Kansas to be great all of the sudden, Georgetown can hang with them even at Phog.
I hate playing teams that are playing in their first true road game. Not an easy place to play the first, Allen Fieldhouse yikes.
Nate Lubitch has got ice in his veins, I threw him every insult I had and they beat our ass last year. I just think this will be their biggest game of the year so they keep it within 8.
If George Town can keep it close down the stretch, 8.5 is a great number to have for free throw reasons alone.
I'll be rooting for whoever is on G'Town, that's for sure.
I think GTown +8.5 will be my early hoops play. Everything I like is later in the day.

Due to the early start, I love taking the angle of biorhythms. G'Town will be ahead of Kansas in that sense.
Not that big of a deal, but it might be taking a shot 1h as a result.
Yes, I am very well aware of how much of a psuedo-science biorhythms are, but it has proven true more often than not - although the best examples are when a west coast team goes east and plays an early game.
My only play so far. Any time 2 ranked teams play and the lower ranked team is a home dog, you play them.
I don't think this game's in Boulder though, is it?
Anyway, I think Colorado's a play regardless.

San Diego is not great and giving 21.5 to S. Utah, but SUU's closest games this year have been a 15 & 22 point loss, both at home. A lot of points but something to ponder on. I like games like these when real bad teams are on the road.
Gtown is dangerous I think. Hope it hits for you all tho, got a couple buddies on em too

Their offense can be really ugly, and they don't really get to the line so at times it hard to watch stretches of no production. They play tough d and rebound, both teams schedules been so soft I still have questions about both. Kinda lean under.
