I haven't followed lines at all today, and haven't looked at any posts yet, so totally unbiased picks.
1) Northwestern +10 - I know they've been struggling, but they still have some capable players in Cobb, Crawford, Soboloewski, and others. NC St has been shaky at best early in the year.....I expect this one to be rather tight.
2) St. Joesph's +2.5 - I really like this team, and expect them to challenge VCU, Dayton and Saint Louis for the A-10 this year. Temple has struggled early on, as expected.....they just don't have the guns this year to be relevant like they usually are. This isn't the road game as it appears for St. Joe's, as it's part of the Philly 5 challenge....so they've have some people there.
3) Nebraska -4.5 - A hunch pick for me. Miami is really struggling, and I've liked what I've seen thus far from Nebraska, especially the 6 point loss to UMass, that could have gone either way. Petteway is emerging as a pretty nice option.
Really thinking about Wisconsin/Virginia over 124. I hate hating over in Virginia games....but this such screams low. Wisconsin has been playing at a much quicker pace then typical Bo Ryan teams, and I imagine he'll want his guys running at every opportunity. The way the whistles have been blowing in the early going........if the refs have quick whistles tonight, 124 can be reached from a barrage of free throws.
YA I know this Lkid.......thats why I havent locked it in. A line this low with the way the game has changed early on this year......it just screams at me. I'll probably pass on it, but still tempting for me.
Boy do I fu(kin suck...no matter what way you look at it...its comical. When a game comes down to the wire, I already knew im gonna lose. Its a crappy feeling to have, but how can i think otherwise?? Should i keep picking my teams or cap and fade myself? I have to win at some point right? You think 2,000 or so wagers things would even out? Especially when i get good lines....aghhh its just frustrating day in and day out. Im better when i scramble ad bet 20 games a night with 1st half 2nd half in game, etc. id rather go 6-9 in a night then 0-3 just to get a taste of a win you know
I needed a large night and im either gonna be 0-4 or 1-3. Why cant it ever be the other way around. I know im not the only cat that faces this almost every day
Then i scramble and take UNC +7 2nd half and OKC 1st half and get em both. I need to seriously stop posting picks...the sbr jinx is real, i truly believe that now
