God, do I miss college basketball.

I am nearing depression status. If not for the masters I'd be a lost cause.

Next year is going to be so damn excellent. High end talent is once again in college basketball.

    Kentucky
    Arizona
    Louisville
    MSU
    Duke
    Memphis
    Florida

Those teams are going to be excellent all year. Add Michigan depending who returns.

    This is torture.

I don't miss all those crappy 60-50 games with terrible officiating and milking 35 second clocks

Even with bets on the games most of them were unwatchable

Officiating is terrible, without question. Needs to be dealt with. But it wont.

The lack of NBA talent last year hurt the overall landscape. Considering we have a talent worthy to be compared to LBJ that will be playing 1 year in college, and the making of a super team in UK will make next year a lot more marketable.

I really hope Wiggins goes to UNC (wont happen).

Feel bad for you. Especially with the Masters being your fallback.

    Hope you pull thru

I miss it too, Sam. The majority of my winnings come from college basketball and football. Can't wait for football season.

This year was the first year I bet on college b-ball. Do the top teams usually get smashed the game after they reach a top 10 ranking, like they did this year? While I can't stand Calipari or KY, and I support Louisville, I would assume since everyone is jizzing all over themselves about KY's recruiting class for next year that KY shouldn't lose more than 5 games, correct?

Very unusual what was going on this year. Usually the top teams only have 1-4 losses, and those losses will be to a ranked oppenent typically on the road. As for Kentucky, if they get Wiggins, I think it's game over barring injuries. With their class this year so far id say they won't lose outside of maybe in those early tournaments. I follow recruiting and everyone they got is legit. But you never know how kids who were all stars of the stars in HS come together.

Coming out of highschool I think it's ok to compare them. He's the most NBA ready high schooler since LeBron in my opinion.

Thank you sir, I appreciate the info. I think I just got into college b-ball in the wrong year. I still made money but the season was crazy. I like college sports more than pro because of the lack of parity with the coaching and recruiting. When you take a look at Alabama football, they are almost always money in the bank, and while I know football is not basketball, I was expecting similar things in college b-ball. Then you saw Kentucky drop 4 games, after a boy with a hightop got hurt (who according to the so-called "experts" at ESPN was the baddest thing on the hardwood), while still losing 7 with him on the squad. I saw that Notre Dame's women team only lost 2 games total, so hopefully we will see some of that in college men's b-ball next year.

first time making money gambling, not saying the past week of tournament was good to me. I've learnt some lessons these past few months. Even have to thank the odd poster who'd mention a player was out or injured almost before game time, that was beneficial in some bets. Injured players mean a lot to a team. It takes a few games to adjust without him, nor they might not adjust at all. I cashed out of Partybets, just waiting for the money to come to my account. Still have a 5Dimes account, but almost broke on that one. I might put in a couple hundred once more, and see what I can do with that. I'll probably follow others doing baseball, or try some more on my own. Did boston sox twice over the past couple days, and both games lost...yeesh.
