    I got Louisville. Sure Cuse beat the one of the two tournament favorites (the other being Louisville, remember) yesterday, but Louisville got to rest some of their big guys at the end yesterday and Syracuse is on their 4th game in four days, including an overtime game yesterday. Plus, I would take Pitino over Boeheim anyday. But even though 5Dimes has Louisville 5.5 point favorites, I really think it is almost a pk.

    Plus I saw on ESPN that it is now projected that if Louisville wins they could possibly get the #1 outright seed (somehow pushing Gonzaga down), and I believe Djeng and maybe Siva were Wooden Award candidates for a while. But, they did not make the final ballot.

    Usually when Espn says how if a team (Louisville wins this game) they should get overall number one seed or similar shit, it leads the sheep to slaughter. The whole country starts to think, oh L`ville is a lock, which is unlikely!!

    I can't believe Syracuse got here after they laid down to end the regular season. If there is any Karma for the death of the Big East, an OG should win it and that is the Orangemen.

    Louisville is still a C-USA team.


    The Big East should close with an original Big East team cutting down the nets. Let's see if Jimmy B can figure out how to coach for a night and MCW actually plays a solid 40 minute game. I'm taking some 'Cuse ML just for nostalgia and that's one of my teams no matter how much I still think they stink and won't do much in the NCAAs - but I didn't expect them to get to this point, so who the F knows. Probably be a cranky, ugly game.

    I think Louisville wins this solely because of their defense. I watched them for only the second time when they played Georgetown, and their defense blew my mind. Pitino has something going with this team, they're scary.

    Foul trouble is worrying. Refs IMO opinion letting Louisville be a little more physical without calling some fouls. Not saying SU fouls aren't legit, but they should have more called on the Cards too. I think the 2nd half might be whistle heavy.

    It's not even half time yet. As a Syracuse fan, seen them blow big leads in the 2nd half many a time. This game is a long way from being over. Great start, but I'd expect these undisciplined fukks to let Louisville get back in it at some point.
