According to the line movement, it seems as though Florida State is the right play. I have watched FSU play a couple times this year and my impression was that they were terrible. Snaer can score, but he doesn't really create shots on his own and he doesn't have any help. Virginia has been bad on the road, but they are much more talented and I think they take this must win game.
