    I thought it was funny that it was the top play on sportscenter and people are calling it the dunk of the year, even though it was a charge. The other funny part is that the ref made a terrible call, the Depaul guy is clearly inside the restricted area.

    Original charging call was overturned and they were given the basket.

    I do agree that it would have been a charge otherwise, but the fact that it wasn't makes the question of the dunk's caliber legitimate.

    the only thing separating all these "awesome dunks", from regular dunks is that someone was trying to play defense.
