    College basketball has to do something to get the scores back up. Start calling fouls when ball handlers get bumped inside. Other wise the scores are going to keep going down. 5 years from now 45-40 games will be common....Sometimes it seems they allow more contact than the NFL.

    Have to think the over is looking doable. 56 at the half and that's with both teams combining for 2-20 from the arc and CIN shooting 30% overall (and sub-50% at the line). Can only get better you'd have to think.

    i had the 1st half over @ 54, and felt very confident about it. they missed 4 straight FTs in the last min, then got the miracle cover with :01. considering 2nd half over 63.5. the points come in bunches, if UC goes down any more, the points will come, i think. thoughts?

    Usually a little higher scoring. More relaxed, more flow, little more tired so less aggressive on D and late game fouls (points at the line with no time coming off).

    so a total 56 pts about 4 behind, but this is a very poor shooting Cincinnati;
    i think they will adjust to take it to the rim a lot more for either high FG or draw some contact and gamble on freethrow
    then we should be ok

    Averaged 2.8 points per min first half, currently at a clip of 3.5 per minute = on pace for 70 second half points 126 total and the cover. Let's hope it keeps up.
