    Kid is a moron. Should there have been a foul.. eh maybe. The refs called tic tac fouls all games. So if they didn't call it, it would have been inconsistent.

    First of all, most "fouls" are as subjective as they come. Second, you really want a game decided in that fashion? By an official? What if the roles were reversed and this happened to Indiana State at UNI?
