Oklahoma / Mizzou, line seems too high

Someone explain to me why this line is this high! I need some help to lay off this.

So, I know Missouri has about as good as a home court advantage as one will find in college hoops (6-3 ats last year in conference play at home), but Lon Kruger is not a coach to bet against as a 13 point dog. This team should be 11-1 with a quality loss on the road to St. Louis (where St. Louis shot 65% from the 2 point range and 53% from 3-point range). Yes they did lose to Cincinatti by one point, but from the stats it looks like they outplayed Cinci and just choked down the stretch.

13 points is too many. Lon Kruger coached teams rarely lose by 13 points. I'm not sure why this line has not moved at all.

Missouri has been blowing out opponents left and right. They beat Notre Dame by 29 and Cal by 39, both on a neutral court. They play fast tempo, this game could get out of hand in a hurry. I am leaning towards MO, but it's pass for me.
