    ML has dropped from +760 to +450. Line has lost 3 full points (-13 to -10). Legit?

    Not sure about this situation, I liked Penn State to begin with.

    BUT, this whole RLM thing confuses me. Sometimes its golden and sometimes its fails miserably.
