    Just wondering what you see in Butler here, Xavier -5.5 (now up to -6) seems like a gift.

    +5.5 home dog theory or is there something match-up related you're seeing that I'm not.

    2nd guessing this pick. I like the other leans, especially Denver.

    I'm going to look into buterler missouri state and dayton a little bit more into tomorrow as well. Follow line movement and percentages and such and see what to play...along with some others. Good luck to you

    I play a lot of dogs -- not just this year, but always. There are spots for faves, but I tend to not like laying points. Strategy may not work quite as well early season, but by the end of the year, it will be profitable.

    Yeah, I think I'm off that one altogether.

    Butler and Davidson are still possibilities, but shaky at best. They're on the scrap heap with Dayton right now.

    What's the deal with Denver? Is there defense that good? Iona almost beat purdue and is explosive. I know Denver is solid at home but thought Iona would be the play?

    Denver is an ATS machine at home, and they like to slow the game down more. Interesting contrast in styles. Denver's a pretty solid squad -- not as good as Iona mind you, but it just takes one on a given night.
