Unders are never safe until you get the spread between score and total is less than the 1pt per second rule.

Actually the best thing they could do is implement a 24 second shot clock. Then teams can play good defense rather than resorting to fouling because the team with the ball can run so much time off the clock the way it is now.

They moved it back a few years ago. Teams having a hard enough time score these days. The free throw line needs to be at half the distance and the three point line moved in.

I've never played on a basketball team in my life and I can knock down 90%+ easy. Move it any closer and you might as well just make a foul worth 2 points lol

The 3pt line is only 20.5ft too (5.5 feet from the free throw line). It's the in-game situations (defense, rush factor, etc) that makes them harder to hit, not the distance.
