i believe from eastern time, hawaii is only a 6 hour time difference. while this would definitely be a factor (would be around 9AM over there at tipoff) i dont believe it is as big of a deal as if it were 3am over there

5 hour difference this time of year.

Hawaii doesn't have daylight savings. We're in the Tropics down here. Goes back to 6 hours in March through November.

Is it required to be somewhere to know the time difference?
