The linemakers are putting too much into Portland's 4-1 conference start and San Diego's blowout loss against Saint Mary's. While SMC/Gonzaga are far above everyone else in the WCC, San Diego is the clear-cut 3rd. Portland's conference wins have come over the garbage of the conference...they might be the 4th best team this year but should not be favored here as USD handles them traditionally, this year will be no different. USD wins outright, take +135 while you still can.

Saint Mary's is much too good to be +9 against anyone, especially an inconsistent Gonzaga team. These two are even and SMC might actually have the edge here on a neutral court so I expected about -4 for Gonzaga here but -9 seems pretty ridiculous. Gonzaga does play a brutal schedule but is still living off the glory years of the late 90's as name recognition. They arent any better than the team that lost to Davidson round 1 last year. Hammer +9 and think about taking Saint Mary's ML for a nice cash.
